It was wonderful. Syd was a trooper and did so well with all of the action. I wasn't even trying to take pictures though, so I have to rely on my Mom and my Mother-in-law. I'll post them as I receive them. This is Sydney in her gift from her cousins Finnley and Scout. She was so darling.
Today we came home from our morning outing and I was in the kitchen putting some things away, I could hear Syd downstairs being busy, but didn't look to see what she was doing. When I finally took a peek down the stairs, this is what I saw....
She was very busy indeed. Bringing up Dave's shoes from the closet by the back door. She left them in a pile right at the bottom of the stairs and climbed up around them.
Syd figured out the zipper on her pajamas. That's going to be a challenge. She woke up yesterday and said, "uh, oh" She had unzipped down to her feet. I'll say that's an uh, oh.
Playing outside at Great Grandpa Huff's house with Grammie. This was Syd's first time in the leaves I think.
I gave her a Cabbage Patch Kid - Newborn, last week. She was so attached to it, I thought that I had made a terrible mistake. We're okay now though, the newness just needed to wear off a bit. She does love her baby though, has to always have the bottle with her.
